Yup.. itz confirmed... Yup...i cant deny it..
..i am sad (not really) to announce that my turkish level is only up to grade one ! hahahahaaha coz u see... i cant help hatice with her turkish lessons anymore.... she is learning a more advanced vocabulary level than what i have in my brain... esp when looking for synonyms...opposites...etc..etc..so yesterday when i saw her class teacher, nuray hanım... and told her the same thing... her bit her lips and exclaimed *eyvah!!!* hahahaha... sorry kiddo.. u will have to depend on ur teachers from now on... ur mom is a hopeless case... as usual...
I also went to school that day. It was a short teneffus (break). I quickly kissed hatice in her class...as usual... while the rest of her friends were watching....one suddenly asked...
*siz niye geldiniz?* (why did u come?)
i answered briefly...
*hatice öpmek için* (to kiss hatice)
and i immediately kissed the cheeks of the girl who asked the question... while i blew kisses in the wind to the rest of the class...
you see...the girls esp love to be kissed... i always kiss them whenever i was there and they come to me...they r used to it...
As i was heading towards baddin's class... i met hatice's class teacher...chatted with her... then i met baddin's class teacher... chatted with her as well... and u know what? i forgot to go to baddin's class to say hi!! (no kissing for boys...else, he'll be shy hehehhe).. bertuah punya mak ... anak sendiri pun lupa.....
Once the kids were back home, i apologized to baddin for not visiting him in class... and u know what his reply was??

Simah, I thought you were also going to announce that you'll be going to 'school' to take Turkish lessons!! Hee hee. Ada ke? Kelas dewasa or something like that, hehe. But seriously, I am sure di sana ada juga language courses for 'foreigners' to learn the language.
Puasa going okay for the kids? Mine are doing fine. My youngest this year banyak jugak ponteng compared to last year. Tahun lepas, when he was not quite 7 yet, he only missed 4 days. This year, baru 18 days puasa, dah miss 6 days, I think. Kesian jugak, a few days ago, due to food allergy, he developed rashes all over his body and face ..... so sebab kena makan ubat, okaylah, tak payah puasa. My elder boy last year puasa full, so dapat duit "incentive". Tahun ni, nada, sebab dah 2 hari tinggal. Macamana nak motivate them, selain dari bagi extra "duit raya"?
ke ke ke... aku bleh imagine hang buat flying kiss tu, ala ala Ratu Dunia :) selamat berposa ... kejap je dah nak masuk 20 hari posa... isk isk isk

Interesting reading about mama's encounter with the children at school. Imagine many years ago parents don't even dare be near the classroom.Paling hampir tunggu di luar pintu sekolah dengan basikal tua untuk bawak anakanak pulang after school.You are blessed cause you have time to see them in the classroom.Count that as a great asset.Re the kids ability to absorb more, it is an international development. In no time they can leave us behind if we do not keep up with knowledge expansion. Re yr request re my blog sure go ahead.

nowadays kids r more demanding as their lessons n school system becomes so much complex..Alhamdulillah.. being a simple housewife...i am lucky to have ample time to deal with them...kekadang tu rasa penat sangat..tapi memang berbaloi mebesarkan anak anak ni sendiri.. u see them in front of ur own eyes...
Alamak...lots to catch up here. I always love my mak's hugs & kisses and would never ever outgrow them. I guess the same for my other sisters.
